Getting started
Install Synaps
Add Synaps to your Jira Cloud site from the Atlassian Marketplace. Three clicks, no server, no setup wizard.
Your first scan

Features
Navigation and shortcuts
Pan, zoom, minimap, fullscreen, and the keyboard shortcuts that make moving around the map effortless.
Search and jump
Press Cmd K or Ctrl K to open the search palette. Type a project name or key and the canvas snaps to it.
Split ViewPro
When the global map gets too dense, Split View breaks it into small islands - one per focal project, each with its own neighbourhood.
Dependency details
Click any line on the map to open the side panel listing every Jira issue link behind it. Filter by status, link type, or assignee.
Export and sharePro
Publish the current view to Confluence, or download it as Markdown, CSV, vector PDF, or raster PNG. Pan and zoom first to frame the export.
Theme and language
Synaps mirrors your Jira look and feel. Light or dark mode and seven languages, no settings to manage inside the app.
